Important Guidelines for Successful Students
Dear Students,
Please carefully read the following instructions and complete all required steps within the specified deadlines to avoid any delay in your enrollment and visa process.
1. Admission Result Confirmation
- Please confirm your admission with Future Hub Pakistan immediately after receiving your admission notification.
- Students are requested to remain in regular contact with Future Hub throughout the admission and visa process.
2. Tuition Fee Payment
Payment Period: 22 July – 24 July 2026
- Tuition fees must be paid within the specified period.
- Students who have access to a Korean domestic bank account are encouraged to use it, as overseas bank transfers may require additional processing time.
- If you intend to pay through an international bank transfer, please inform Future Hub Pakistan in advance.
3. Submission of Original Documents
Deadline: Original documents must reach Future Hub Pakistan as soon as possible so they can be dispatched to Dong-A University before the 27 July.
Since the university office will remain closed from 27 July for one week, all original documents should be submitted to Future Hub Pakistan immediately after admission confirmation.
Important Notice from Future Hub Pakistan
- All students must submit their original hard-copy documents to Future Hub Pakistan first.
- Future Hub Pakistan will carefully verify the authenticity and completeness of all documents before dispatching them to Dong-A University.
- Students are also required to submit the DHL courier charges along with their original documents so that the documents can be dispatched to the university without delay.
- Students applying for an E-Visa must scan and save clear copies of all original documents before submitting them to Future Hub Pakistan.
Required Original Documents
- Original Graduation Certificate (Authenticated with Apostille)
- Original Academic Transcript (Authenticated with Apostille)
- Original Family Relationship Certificate or Birth Certificate
- Copy of Applicant’s CNIC or Passport
- Copy of Parent(s)’ CNIC or Passport
- Bank Maintenance Certificate
- Six (6) Months Bank Statement
- Original Bank Balance Certificate showing 16,000,000 KRW (or equivalent amount)
4. E-Visa Application
Students intending to apply for an E-Visa should inform Future Hub Pakistan immediately.
Important Information
- Students with any previous Korean visa refusal are strongly advised to apply through the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Pakistan instead of the E-Visa system.
- The Busan Immigration Office currently applies stricter screening to applicants with previous Korean visa refusals.
- If an E-Visa application is rejected, the university cannot issue another E-Visa application or supporting documents for a second application.
- Detailed E-Visa application procedures and the list of required documents will be shared separately by Future Hub Pakistan once received from the university.
